Here's some FAQs about the online shop and ordering, any problems, feel free to pop an email using the button below.

  • How long does the fudge and chocolate last?
    The fudge will last approximately one month (if you haven't eaten it all by then!) and can be frozen for up to three months. We recommend storing your chocolate in a cool, dry place. With the correct storage the chocolate should last 3 months +.
  • Can I freeze the fudge?
    If you have a enough willpower and want to save your fudge for later, it freezes well. Wrap the fudge in foil or plastic wrap to seal it. To defrost, unwrap for at least two hours in a cool dark place.
  • Is your fudge, chocolate and other treats gluten free?"
    Many of our products are gluten free, please get in touch for details about ingredients and allergens.
  • Is your fudge, chocolate and other treats vegetarian?"
    The majority of our products are vegetarian. However a few products may include marshmallows, which contain gelatin. Please get in touch for details on ingredients and allergens.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept payment by credit card and debit card.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Our orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (this does not include weekends). Your order delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery option you have selected.
  • Can you do custom or personalised orders?
    We’d love to work with you on customisation, this is ideal for corporate gifts, wedding favours, party favours and much more! Send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Do you offer fudge for corporate events?
    Yes we do. If you are a company and you are offering a special giveaway, going to a trade show or need gifts for your staff then we can help. Please email us for a bespoke offer. We can custom make your labels too.
  • Can I add a message with my order?
    You can add a personalised message in the notes section on each of the product pages.
  • Ah, I've given you the wrong address!"
    Please get in touch asap via email. If it's not too late, we'll be happy to amend the address. However, if your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, then it will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
  • How much is postage? + other delivery information
    You may choose to send each item in your order to your billing address or to any other address. UK ROYAL MAIL SERVICE ROYAL MAIL STATEMENT: "There may be delays in some areas. Thank you for your patience. We are working hard to deliver the UK’s mail in difficult circumstances." We offer a tracked delivery 48 hour (2-3 days) and 24 hour (1-2 days) service with Royal Mail for UK orders, delivery times may depend on your local Royal Mail service, contact your local Royal Mail office for delivery enquiries. Shipping is not available over Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when choosing your despatch date. UK TRACKED COURIER SERVICE All delivery services are experiencing high volumes causing delays; we are therefore unable to guarantee delivery dates and advise customers to order earlier than usual. UK postings are processed the same day for orders received before 12.00 am (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). This is not a guaranteed service however, our courier states that their aim is to achieve delivery within 1 to 2 working days for UK mainland deliveries and up to 5 working days for Highlands and Islands, so please allow for this when choosing your dispatch date. For orders above the maximum weight parcel weight (located in the table below); please contact us for a delivery quote.
  • Can I choose the date my item is delivered?
    We are pleased to offer a "delayed delivery" service. When you place your order please let us know the date you would like the order to be dispatched by Life is Sweet (recommended 7 - 10 days before the date). If you would like a note added to the outside of the box, "do not open until...." just pop this in the message when you contact us too.
  • What is your returns and refunds policy?
    We work really hard to ensure everything that leaves the Life is Sweet Factory is of premium quality, however, here is a handy guide: Returns We do not offer returns. Refunds All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on purchases for accidental purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your order you must get in touch with us within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. We will then begin the investigation process where we will ask you to return the item to us. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuers’ policies.
